How to cancel your order:All order cancellations must be via fax to 800-546-4121. Please indicate your order #, last name and the item you ordered. Please save a copy of your fax receipt showing the fax to us. Please also use the customer support form and let us know you wish to cancel.

Free Shipping Sale:At check out a shipping charge may still be show. This will be deducted from your sale. Free Shipping is anywhere in the Continental Us 48 States. Alaska and Hawaii may be more email for discounted rate. Any returns/refunds will be less actual shipping cost. However, due to the fragile nature of the fine items available here at the King of Deals, it is imperative that you inspect the integrity of the shipping package for your item(s) extremely carefully upon receipt. If you determine that the integrity of the shipping package has been compromised in any way, shape or form (i.e. box crushed, visible puncture holes, rattling inside of container, etc.), you should either refuse the shipment or accept the item with the understanding that it can be fixed.
